Play Jass online with friends

Open a table and you get a four-letter code to send to your friends. Whoever opens the link takes a free seat and plays along, with no account and no app. If someone is still missing, bots play the empty seats until everyone is there.

How it works

  1. As the host you set the game, the rules and the deck before the game begins, and everyone at the table sees the same rules.
  2. In Schieber your partner sits opposite you, just like at a real table.
  3. If you lose your connection you keep your seat, and after 20 seconds a bot plays for you until you’re back.

What you get on wyys.ch

  • Bots fill every empty seat, at one of three strengths: Easy, Normal or Strong.
  • A table has a four-letter code you send to your friends, and nobody needs an account.
  • The site is built for a phone held upright, and on a computer it’s the same table, only bigger.

Frequently asked questions

How many people do you need for a table?
Schieber, Coiffeur and Differenzler need four people, Molotow three to six. You don’t need a full table, though, because bots play the empty seats until someone joins.
What happens if I lose my connection?
Your seat stays yours, and the same browser takes you back to it. If you’re gone for more than 20 seconds, a bot plays for you in the meantime, and when you’re back you take over your cards again.
Is my table public?
Yes, a new table first appears in the list of open tables on the home page, and people without a code can sit down too. As the host you can make it private at any time. Then it doesn’t appear in any list, and only people with the code or the link can join.
Can we chat at the table?
Yes, during the game you can send each other short messages in the chat. The table can switch the chat off for everyone with a vote. Messages are never stored permanently and disappear with the table.
