Play Coiffeur online
In Coiffeur each team plays every row of the chart exactly once, and every row has its own multiplier. On wyys.ch you play it free against bots or with friends, and the chart fills itself in. The host decides which rows and multipliers apply.
How it works
- Whoever’s turn it is picks a row their team still has open, or says Schieben and passes the choice to the next player on the right.
- Only the team that called scores: it writes down the tens of its points times the row’s multiplier.
- Once both teams have played every row, the team with the higher total wins.

What you get on wyys.ch
- Bots fill every empty seat, at one of three strengths: Easy, Normal or Strong.
- A table has a four-letter code you send to your friends, and nobody needs an account.
- The site is built for a phone held upright, and on a computer it’s the same table, only bigger.
Jass tools
- Jass scoreboard The Jasstafel is the slate with the chalk Z that Swiss players keep score on at a real table, and for Coiffeur there is the Coiffeur chart.
- Printable scoreboard You put together a sheet with the Z or with the Coiffeur chart, then print it on A4 or save it as a PDF.
- Weis calculator You tap your cards, and the calculator shows every Weis, its points and the Stöck.
- Points calculator The calculator adds up tricks, Weis, Stöck and Match times the multiplier and tells you how many points you still need to reach the target.
- Quiz: can I play that? In ten short tricks you tap the cards you may play, and every answer explains the rule.
Frequently asked questions
- How many rounds does a game of Coiffeur last?
- Each team plays every row of the chart exactly once. With the six rows wyys.ch uses by default, that makes twelve rounds. Many tables add Joker, Slalom or Guschti and play eight or ten rows.
- Which multipliers does the Coiffeur chart have?
- On wyys.ch Acorns count once, Roses double, Bells three times, Shields four times, Undenufe five times and Obenabe six times. The host can change the rows and their multipliers.
- Who do you pass to in Coiffeur?
- In Coiffeur, Schieben passes the choice not to your partner but to the next player on the right. Once everyone has passed, the first player has to call.
- Who leads in Coiffeur?
- In Coiffeur the player who called leads the first trick.
- How do you score Coiffeur?
- Only the team that called scores, and it writes down only the tens of its points times the row’s multiplier. Here we round up from 5: 74 points give 7, 75 points give 8, and 102 points on Roses ×2 give 20. At many tables the units are simply dropped, so 79 gives only 7.
- How much is a Match worth in Coiffeur?
- On wyys.ch a Match is worth 160 points by default, which is 16 tens times the multiplier, as in the rules of the TAM Jass championships. The host can set 257 points (26 tens) or 300 points (30 tens) instead.
- Are there Weis and Stöck in Coiffeur?
- No, here Coiffeur is played without Weis and without Stöck. Only the tricks count.
